As clear by my title, I have been involved in a prolonged, yet noncommittal relationship with cheese for the 19 years that my taste buds have graced the earth. Thats probably the first things you will learn about me, Lauren Sandground, when you meet me. I love food just like the rest of you, and I also appreciate food for its aesthetic and natural essence.
